Productive Summer Holidays

Dear Students,
I am glad to congratulate you on the successful ending of the academic year and completing your first stage of the Secondary education. We've all had our ups and downs, and I hope that in the future you will multiply your achievements.
To support your knowledge of English this summer, I recommend you to do a few things:
-choose a book in English that appeals to you, read it, work on the vocabulary and write a book review to hand in and present in September;
-revise the Vocabulary and Grammar from our On Screen SB and WB (Modules 1-5);
-On Screen Writing Book (the white brochure) - p.26-37, p.53-58 (in this book the exercises and the structure are necessary for you to study and do, whereas writing the whole compositions is optional);
-Cultural Crossroads (the red brochure) - p.4-13, 16-17, 20-26, 28-39, 48-55;
-check out the "Extra stuff for language friends" page on my blog - I have already posted some videos there, interesting links will appear there from time to time, too;
-watch films and videos in English, improve your vocabulary.
I look forward to seeing you, hopefully in person, in September, and wish you a healthy and jolly summer!
